We ship products worldwide and within Ukraine

    Processing:

    We offer two ordering options on our website:

    In-stock orders: if the item you select is in stock, your order will be processed within 3 business days from the time of placement and payment, after which it will be shipped to the specified address.

    Pre-order or customized order: if you place a pre-order or request a custom size, your order will be fulfilled within the timeframe specified in the item description.

    Changes and adjustments:

    If the customer decides to make adjustments to the embroidery elements, design, decoration of the product, or to the measurements previously agreed upon, the contractor may reject such changes if they contradict the rules of composition, color, sewing, and embroidery techniques, or if they are not feasible with the materials used for the ordered product.

    When choosing samples of customized orders, the customer makes their decision independently and cannot rely on the recommendations of the contractor, as the contractor is not responsible for the final result meeting the customer’s expectations.

    The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the measurements they provide and for taking these measurements correctly according to the contractor’s recommendations.

    Given the individual approach to order fulfillment and the exclusivity of some embroidered elements, changes to embroidery and decoration are possible.

    The color of the product may differ from the color in the photo due to the settings of the monitor or screen of the device.

    Returns:

    All our products are made to order according to the detailed parameters of each customer. These products are not eligible for return or exchange in accordance with Article 13, section 5, item 3 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights.”

    The customer understands that the ordered product may differ from the sample in the photo due to different size or features of the figure.

    According to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 172, jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned.

    We are not responsible for the customer’s experience or handling of the product in cases of non-compliance with our care recommendations. Warranty service is available for an additional fee.

    Payment:

    When purchasing an existing product, the customer pays the full amount of the order in UAH.

    When ordering a customized item, the customer makes a prepayment of at least 50% of the order’s total price. The remaining balance is paid after the product is manufactured and before it is handed over to the customer or shipped for delivery.

  • ( 05 )

    Delivery:

    Within Ukraine: delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta courier service. The delivery cost is calculated according to the carrier’s rates. Immediately after shipping your order, we will send a tracking number to your email.

    We do not ship orders by postpay after delivery. Orders are shipped only when paid in full online.

    Abroad: delivery is carried out by Nova Post at the customer’s expense. The cost is calculated individually based on the recipient’s country. To arrange delivery abroad, please contact us via email or phone: +380 (50) 074 97 02, rachytska.khrystyna@gmail.com.

    International returns:

    We do not provide a return form for international returns/exchanges.
