We recommend hand-washing the garment in room-temperature water (no higher than 30°C), using non-chlorine detergents.
After washing, rinse the garment several times in cool water to remove any remaining detergent.
Gently wring out the water. Ideally, lay the garment on a white towel, roll it up, then unroll and reshape it within the towel. Afterward, hang it to dry completely in a well-ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight.
Linen garments may be ironed using the steam function.
Store the garment flat, away from direct sunlight — this will help preserve its color, shape, and original beauty.

If the selected item is in stock, we will process your order within three business days after we receive your order and payment.
If you place a pre-order or request an item in a custom size, we will complete the order within the timeframe specified in the product description. If the product description doesn't specify a production timeframe, the standard production time for made-to-order items is up to two weeks.
For in-stock items, you pay the full price online at the time of purchase.
For a made-to-order item, a 50% deposit of the item’s total price is required. The remaining balance is due after the item is completed and before it is handed over or delivered to the customer.
Nova Poshta handles delivery within Ukraine. Delivery times are subject to Nova Poshta’s standard delivery terms and are approximately up to 3 business days.
Nova Post handles international delivery. Delivery times depend on the destination country.
Made-to-order items created according to the customer’s measurements are not eligible for return or exchange. Jewellery is also not eligible for return or exchange. If an item requires adjustment or you need additional assistance, please contact us by email.
